探究VLC系统偏置电流对LED调制带宽的影响

摘要 本文的主要内容是对偏置电流如何影响LED频率,并通过相应的实验计算出具体的影响程度,帮助研究人员量化其中的影响,研究数字表明,红绿蓝LED在核定功率下进行正常工作时,偏置电流与调制宽带基本处于线性正相关,当其超过额定功率的时候,其调制带宽的变化程度会逐渐向缓慢变化趋势改变,当其超过额定功率达到一定程度时,这样的变化规律将最终保持一个较为稳定的状态。 The main content of this paper is how the bias current affects the LED frequency, and calculates the specific degree of influence through the corresponding experiments to help the researchers quantify the influence. The research figures show that when the red and green LED is working normally at the fixed power, the bias current is linearly and positively correlated with the modulation broadband. When the rated power is over, the change of the modulation bandwidth will gradually change to the slow change trend. When the rated power exceeds a certain degree, the change rule will eventually maintain a more stable state.
