NPM1与人类急性髓细胞白血病的研究进展

Research progress of NPM1 and human acute myeloid leukemia

急性髓细胞白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)以不成熟的髓细胞在骨髓中聚集和骨髓造血抑制为特征,针对AML缺乏有效的根治方法,目前的主要治疗措施是化疗,但对人体有很大的毒副反应。因此对AML的研究有待进一步深入。据大量的研究表明,NPM1的异常突变与AML的发生发展息息相关,NPM1通过促进相关癌基因的表达和转化、相关染色体易位、异常的细胞质定位来促进AML的发生与发展。本文就NPM1的异常表达与AML的相关染色体易位、治疗及预后等方面的最新研究作一综述。

Acute myeloid leukemia （AML） is characterized by the accunmlation of imnlature myeloid cells in the bone marrow and inhibition of bone marrow hematopoiesis. There is a lack of an effective radical cure for AML. The current primary treatment is chemotherapy, but it has more side effects. Therefore, the research oil AML needs further study. A large number of studies have shown that abnormal nmtation of NPM1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of AML. NPM1 promotes the development and progression of AML by promoting the expression and transformation of related oneogenes, related ehromosomal transloeation and abnormal eytoplasnfic localization. This review smnmarizes the latest research on the abnormal expression of NPM1 and related ehromosomal transloeation, treatment and prognosis of AML.
