Water Ecological Civilization Construction in Contemporary China: An Overview of “Water and Society” Sub Forum at China Annual Sociological Conference

2018年7月16日,由中国社会学会主办,南京大学社会学院承办,南京师范大学社会发展学院、江苏省社会学会、江苏省社会科学院社会学研究所及南京市社会科学院共同协办的中国社会学会学术年会在南京大学正式开幕。

2018 China Annual Sociological Conference was held at Nanjing University on 16 thJuly 2018. The attendees discussed the social problems and future development in social development and changes. "Water and Society" is one of the sub forums in the annual sociological conference. This sub forum discussed water ecological civilization construction in contemporary China from a perspective of environmental sociology in four aspects as follows: human-water relationship and ecological construction, river protection and environmental policy, environmental pollution and environmental governance, and environmental behavior and environmental governance.
