庄子相关体育思想及其应用研究

Research on Zhuangzi Sports Thought and Its Application

庄子是我国古代道家学派的代表人物之一,庄子诸多著作中的体育思想是现代体育科学思想发展的基础。通过前期相关文献资料的考证与逻辑分析,对庄子的相关体育思想进行探究,研究表明:(1)庄子体育养生观是对老子养生观的继承与发展;(2)体现了道家"形"、"神"内外兼修的理念,重视"天人合一"、"清静无为"的思想修为;(3)以"动"、"静"结合为练习手段,强调"动以养形、净化心灵、清静养神"的身心协调发展理念;(4)庄子养生体育思想对华佗五禽戏活动的创编与发展具有直接的借鉴与推动作用。

Zhuang Zi is one of the representatives of the Taoist school in ancient China and the sports thoughts in his works are the basis for the development of modern sports ideology.Through the textual research and logical analysis of the related literature,this study tries to explore the sports thoughts of Zhuang Zi.The findings are as follow：Zhuang Zi s view of health preservation is the succession and development of Lao Zi;Zhuang Zi s view of health preservation reflects the concept of cultivation combined with the“shape”and“spirit”and attaches great importance to the theory that man is an integral part of nature and the theory of quietism;Zhuang Zi s view of health preservation puts forward the concept of development with the coordination of body and mind,which associates the dynamic and static activities and emphasizes the theory that the dynamic activities can mould the shape of the man,purify the mind of the man while the static activities can refresh the spirit of the man;Zhuang Zi s view of health preservation is directly used for reference and promotion in the creation and development of Hua Tuo s five animal boxing.
