摘要
文章就铁矿石烧结过程的数值仿真研究现状、进展和趋势进行了综述。数值仿真方法作为当前烧结工艺最常用的研究手段之一,在烧结过程中的质热传输现象和物理化学变化过程等的解析方面已取得了重大进展。目前的烧结模型,已囊括了烧结过程的主要传热传质方式和物理化学反应,机理相对准确,且进一步考虑了烧结废气组分引起的气-气和气-固反应,已能适应对烟气循环工艺进行模拟分析的需要。但是,今后的模拟研究仍需在部分反应机理、参数表征和选取、模型维数和模型功能等方面进行完善。
The present situation, progress and trend of iron ore sintering process analyzed by numerical simulation were reviewed. As one of the most commonly used methods for researching sintering process, the numerical models were made great progress on the explanation of the phenomenon occurred during the sintering process. At present, the models can basically characterize the heat and mass transfers and physicochemical reactions, the mechanism of which be considered as relatively correct. And the consideration of gas - gas and gas - solid reactions caused by sintering flue gas makes the model suitable for the prediction of flue gas recirculation technology. Nevertheless, improvements still need to be made for the further studies, such as some react mechanisms, parameter determination, the model dimension, and the model functions.
