摘要
北方冬季烧结机停机检修期间,烧结大烟道余热锅炉的防冻一直是困扰钢厂的一个难题。传统防冻方法具有能耗高、设备风险大和能源介质消耗高等缺点。结合东北某钢厂180m2烧结机大烟道余热锅炉实际工况,提出并设计了新的防冻方法,利用排水结合换热器制备热空气烘干的方法对余热锅炉进行防冻,取得了良好的使用效果。
It's difficult to prevent the flue waste - heat boiler from freezing during maintenance of sintcr machine in winter of China. For the conventional methods it's high energy consuming, and there is high chance that the equipment would be broken. According to the actual running parameters of flue wasteheat boiler in 180m^2 sintcring in northeastern China, new anti -freezing method, which is draining coped heating with hot air heated by steam in heat exchanger, was designed and adopted. It was showed promising performance after putting in to practice.
