摘要
探讨和分析脱硫系统的腐蚀机理,了解影响脱硫系统腐蚀的因素,重点分析气相中H_2S、CO_2以及液相中Cl^-、副盐以及氧对碳钢设备的腐蚀。给出脱硫系统易腐蚀的部位以及腐蚀的防护。
Discussion of the corrosive mechanism of the desulfurization system was conducted to further understand the factors effecting desulfurization system corrosion. Emphasis was given to the analysis of the effects of H2S and CO2 in gas phase and Cl^- in liquid phase as well as secondary salt and oxygen on carbon steel equipment. Easily - corrosive parts in the desulfurization system and anti - corro- sion methods were pointed out.
