摘要
随着电动汽车应用范围的不断扩大,人们越来越重视电池组的性能及对电池的管理。有效的热管理能极大提升电池的性能。在低温环境下,使用不加热的电池严重破坏了电池的性能和预期寿命。本文总结了电池受低温的影响,综述了包括内部和外部加热电池等热管理技术的研究进展,对电池升温热管理作出了展望,提出了集中在减小电池体积与质量、尽量减少自身电量消耗和帕尔贴元件与相变材料耦合热管理技术方面的研究方向。
Nowadays, the application range of electric vehicles is expanding, and an electric vehicle is closely related to the performance of its battery packs. Therefore the effective thermal management of battery pack can greatly improve battery performance. Much emphasis has been placed on battery cool- ing in order to secure stability, while less attention has been given to battery heating. However, in a low temperature environment, the use of an unheated battery severely jeopardizes the performance and life expectancy of the battery. This paper summarizes the impact of low temperature on batteries, mainly re-views the research progress of thermal management technologies including internal and external heating batteries, and finally summarizes and prospects the battery thermal management. The next research di- rection should be focused on reducing volume, reducing mass, minimizing battery power consumption and ensuring battery safety.
