上海市中小学建筑能耗与节能潜力分析

Analysis of Energy Consumption and Energy Saving Potential of primary and Middle School Buildings in Shanghai

以具有代表性的上海市6所中小学为样本,对其建筑概况、设备运行状况、能耗规模、能效水平等开展深入研究。指出学校在能源消耗、节能管理等方面存在的问题,就围护结构、空调系统等7个方面提出16项具体节能措施,供中小学今后实施节能改造提供参考,为政府主管部门监管提供依据。

General situation of buildings, operation condition of equipments, energy consumption, energy efficiency level of six primary and secondary schools in shanghai, which were selected as typical samples, were deeply studied. The problems existing in energy consumption and energy saving manage-ment of schools were pointed out. Sixteen energy saving measures in seven aspects were presented, in-cluding building envelope, air conditioning system, etc. It will provide reference for the future energy-sav-ing reform of schools, and also, it will provide basis for government departments to regulate energy con-servation.
