过程管理视域下高职顶岗实习过程管理的实践探索

Practical Exploration of Internship management in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Process Management

引入过程管理方法,分析现阶段高职院校开展顶岗实习管理工作现状,结合南京城市职业学院物流管理专业群多年来在顶岗实习工作方面的不断探索,提出以"岗前—岗中—岗后"为主线落实顶岗实习过程管理,以期提升顶岗实习和人才培养质量。

Through introducing the method of process management, the paper analyzes the present situation of carrying out internship management in higher vocational colleges. Combining with the continuous exploration of internship management in logistics specialty group of Nanjing City Vocational College for many years over the years, it puts forward that the process management of internship practice should be carried out with the main line of ＂pre-post, middle post and post-post＂, in order to improve the quality of internship practice and talent training.
