摘要
大众传播环境下,读者在资源传播中既是信息接收者,又是信息传播者,大众传播环境为图书馆信息咨询服务提供了新思路。大众传播环境下的图书馆信息咨询服务具有传播过程更加复杂、传播方式趋于双向、目标受众具有针对性的基本特征;发展趋势表现为信息咨询服务多样化、读者用户角色核心化与服务平台泛在化;信息咨询服务模式有资源共享型、个性定制型与微平台服务型。要充分挖掘图书馆资源、发挥图书馆员能动作用、应用多种信息服务模式,实现大众传播环境下图书馆信息咨询服务体系构建策略,创新图书馆信息咨询服务模式。
Under the mass media environment, readers are both receivers and disseminators of information in resource communication. Mass media environment provides a new idea for library information consulting services. Library information consulting services under mass media environment has the basic characteristics of more complicated communication process, two-way communication mode and targeted target audience; The development trend is characterized by diversification of information consulting services, core role of readers and ubiquity of service platforms. The information consulting service modes are resource sharing, personalized customization and micro platform services. It is necessary to fully explore the library resources, give full play to the librarians' functions, apply a variety of information service modes, realize the construction strategies of library information consulting service system under the mass communication environment, and innovate the library information consulting service mode.
