摘要
随着近年来我国科学技术快速发展,高校图书馆有必要构建联合采编中心业务管理模式以推进文献资源标准化管理体系建设。文章在介绍高校图书馆联合采编中心业务管理模式概念的基础上,就其构建的必要性进行了分析,论述了高校图书馆联合采编中心业务管理的主要作用,包括图书联盟工作基础、降低编目成本、促进成果共享、推进资源管理标准化等,最后着重从人才、规则、理念、机制等层面提出了高校图书馆联合采编中心业务管理模式的构建途径。
With the rapid development of science and technology in China in recent years, it is necessary for libraries of colleges and universities to establish business management mode of joint acquisition and editing centers to promote the construction of standardized management system of literature resources. Based on the introduction of concept of business management mode of joint acquisition and editing centers of colleges and universities, this article analyzed the necessity of construction, discussed the main use of business management of joint acquisition and editing centers of colleges and universities, including library alliance foundation, reducing cataloging costs, promoting sharing of results, enhancing resource management standardization, and finally proposed ways of constructing business management mode of joint acquisition and editing centers of colleges and universities from the levels of talents, rules, ideas, and mechanism.
