腹腔镜胃癌根治术的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in patients with gastric cancer

目的研究胃癌患者采取腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年3月~2017年3月收治的62例胃癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各31例,研究组采取腹腔镜胃癌根治术,对照组采取传统开腹术,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果经过观察两组患者治疗效果看出,研究组手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间以及住院时间均较对照组降低(t=9.836,33.650,6.177,9.312,P<0.05);且总有效率93.55%明显较对照组83.87%高(χ~2=4.678,P <0.05);但两组患者并发症发生率无明显差别,结果无统计学意义(χ~2=2.380,P> 0.05);但研究组复发率9.68%,明显低于对照组(22.58%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.150,P <0.05)。结论胃癌患者采取腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗效果显著,可明显缩短治疗时间,降低对患者的伤害,明显改善临床症状,促进病情恢复,安全性高,避免复发,为预后提供保障。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoseopie radical gastreetomy in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Sixty-two patients with gastric cancer treated from March 2014 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, and all them were randomly divided into research group and control group, 31 eases in each group. The patients of research group accepted the laparoseopie radical gastreetomy, and the patients of control group accepted traditional laparotomy, respectively. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, exhaust time and hospital stays of the research group were lower than those of the eontrol group（t=9.836, 33.650, 6.177, 9.312, P 〈 0.05）. The total effeetive rate（93.55%） of the researeh group was signifieantly higher than that（83.87%） of eontrol group （x2=4.678, P 〈 0.05）. However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups, and the results were not statistically signifieant （x2=2.380, P 〉 0.05）. The reeurrenee rate（9.68%） of the researeh group was signifieantly lower than that（22.58%） of eontrol group（x2=6.150, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The laparoseopie radieal gastreetomy ean greatly shorten the hospital stays, reduce the trauma, improve the clinical symptom, promote the faster reeovery , increase the clinical safety, avoid the recurrence of gastric cancer and keep the patient＇ s prognosis.
