不同手术方法对桡骨远端骨折的疗效对比

Efficacy of different operation methods in distal radius fracture

目的研究不同手术方法对桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法选择我院2014年10月~2016年10月收治的桡骨远端骨折患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用锁定钢板技术,研究组采用加压空心钉固定技术。比较两组患者骨折恢复情况与手术相关指标。结果研究组患者在桡骨短缩长度、掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨茎突高度相关恢复情况显著得到改善,且优于对照组,研究组在手术时间、术后出血量、平均住院时间、骨折愈合时间各项手术指标上均优于对照组,研究组83.33%的腕关节总有效率显著优于对照组的60.00%,且研究组并发症发生率(6.67%)显著优于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过对桡骨远端骨折患者实施加压空心钉固定技术,患者手术较为成功,术中出血与手术时间均较少,并发症发生率较低,腕关节功能得到显著改善,值得临床研究。

Objective To explore the efficacy of different operation methods in distal radius fracture. Methods Sixty patients with distal radius fracture who treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected. The subjects were assigned to control group and study group according to the registration number, 30 eases in each group. The patients of control group received the locking plate technique alone, while the patients of study group received locking plate plus eannulated compression screw, respectively. The rehabilitation condition and operation index of two groups were compared. Results The relative recoverT of radial shortening length, palmar inclination angle, ulnar deviation angle and radial styloid process height were significantly improved in the study group, and were better than those in the control group. The operation time, postoperative bleeding volume, average hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the study group were better than those of the control group. The overall efficacy of the study group（83.33%） was significantly better than that of the control group（60.00%）. The incidence of complications in the study group（6.67%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（30.00%）. The difference was statistically signifieant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The locking plate plus eannulated compression screw can reduce the intraoperative bleeding volume, shorten the operation time, decrease the incidence rate of complications and improve the wrist joint function. It is worthy of clinical research.
