唐钢FTSC工艺薄板坯质量控制的关键技术 被引量:3

Key quality control technologies of FTSC thin slab in tangsteel

摘要 介绍了唐钢FTSC工艺薄板坯质量控制的关键技术。以结晶器内腔形状和钢种的凝固收缩特性相匹配为原则,采用结晶器宽面漏斗形状+窄面形状+保护渣性能相结合的一体化控制技术,能有效控制薄板坯表面纵裂的发生。并在此基础上形成了包晶钢纵裂控制技术。通过动态液芯压下、LPC液芯控制模型、二冷动态配水三项技术相配合,并采用辊缝仪检测扇形段的对中精度,使薄板坯内部质量达到很好的控制效果。通过采用上述关键技术,使薄板坯表面纵裂发生率由7%降低到0.4%;内部质量按照Mannesmann标准评定,达到中碳钢的内部裂纹平均为1.5级,偏析为1级,低碳钢内部裂纹和偏析均为1级的水平。 Key quality control technologies of FTSC thin slab in Tangsteel was introduced. According to the matching principle between mould cavity shape and solidification shrinkage characteristics of steel grade, by using the integrated control technology of mould wide face funnel shape + narrow face shape + mould powder performance, the longitudinal crack can be controlled on thin slab surface effectively. And the longitudinal crack control technology of peritectic steel on this basis has been developed. Through using dynamic soft reduction, liquid pool control model, dynamic secondary cooling, and the roll gap measuring instrument for detection of segment alignment accuracy, thin slab internal quality is controlled well. By adopting the above key technologies, the slab surface longitudinal crack rate reduced from 7% to 0.4%, and according to the internal quality evaluation of Mannesmann standard, internal crack of medium carbon steel achieve level 1.5, segregation achieve level 1, internal cracks and segregation of low carbon steel achieve level 1.
