On the Basic Conditions of Improvisation of Caidan in Ping Opera

评剧彩旦是评剧中重要的喜剧元素。评剧彩旦的表演,插科打诨、倜傥不羁,偶然灵感迸发,即兴发挥,原本平淡的戏剧氛围常在瞬间变得别有风趣、生机盎然,令人忍俊不禁、回味无穷。本文主要研究评剧彩旦在表演过程中即兴发挥的基本条件及其产生的喜剧效果,并对即兴发挥的表演禁忌进行一些较为基本的分析和定位。

Caidan is an important comic element in Ping opera. With constant gags cracking, free acting, and occasional improvisation, this role adds flavor to the common play and transits it to a vivid and humorous piece of art. This paper examines the basic conditions of the improvisation of Caidan in Ping opera and the comedy. It also analyzes and defines some of the performance taboos.
