摘要
AP1000蒸汽发生器水室隔板短节长3976mm,高70mm,厚76.2mm,与管板镍基合金堆焊层焊接后再与水室隔板相焊,该焊缝全焊透焊缝,填充金属量大,易产生较大的焊接变形,为了保证水室隔板短节与管板焊接能够满足产品的技术要求,通过数值模拟分析,预测变形情况,优化焊接方案,并通过模拟件进行验证,实践证明,根据优化后的焊接方案进行焊接,使焊接变形控制在产品要求的范围内。
The stub runner plate for AP1000 steam generator is 690 nickel-based alloy, with length of 3976 mm, height of 70 mmm and thickness of 76.2 mm. It is welded to the nickel alloy cladding of tubesheet and finally welded to the divider plate. The weld of stub runner plate and nickel alloy cladding of tubesheet is full penetration, with big amount of filler metal; it is likely to produce large welding deformation. In order to meet the requirements of designer, the numerical simulation analysis was introduced to forecast the deformation, to optimize the welding process. The result of the mock-ups proves that the deformation can meet the requirements of designer with the optimization welding process.
