摘要
为了探讨推拿对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和肌力的影响,为KOA的推拿治疗提供参考.选择2016年1月至2017年6月山东大学附属省立医院推拿科门诊收治的60例KOA患者为对象,按照随机数字表法分为推拿组(30例)和针刺组(30例),推拿组给予推拿治疗,针刺组给予针刺联合特定电磁波(TDP)治疗20 d后,比较2组患者疼痛程度,ELISA法检测血清CGRP水平,表面肌电图检测股内侧肌(VMO)、股直肌(RF)、股外侧肌(VL)、股二头肌(BF)和半腱肌(ST)等肌力变化.结果表明:治疗20 d后,推拿组疼痛程度VAS评分显著低于针刺组(P<0.05);推拿组血清CGRP水平显著低于针刺组(P<0.05);推拿组的VMO、RF、VL、BF、ST肌力值均显著高于针刺组(P<0.05).结论:推拿治疗KOA可降低疼痛程度和CGRP水平,增加肌力,具有较好的临床疗效.
In order to explore the influence of serum calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) and the myodynamia for massage treatment on patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA), and to provide the reference for the massage treatment of KOA, sixty patients with KOA treated in Shandong provincial hospital affiliated to Shandong university massage department from January 2016 to June 2017 were divided into massage group(30 cases) and acupuncture group(30 cases) according to the random number table method. The massage group was treated by massage, and the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture combined with TDP. After 20 days, the degree of pain in two groups were compared, the levels of serum CGRP were detected by ELISA method, and the myodynamia value of vastus medialis muscle(VMO), rectus femoris(RF), vastus lateralis(VL), biceps femoris(BF) and semitendinosus(ST) were detected by surface electromyography. The results showed that after 20 days treatment,the socre of degree of pain in massage group was obviously lower than the acupuncture group(P〈0.05), the levels of serum CGRP in massage group obviously lower than the acupuncture group(P〈0.05), the muscle strength value of VMO, RF,VL, BF and ST in massage group were obviously higher than the acupuncture group(P〈0.05). In conclusion, the massage treatment of patients with KOA can reduce the degree of pain and CGRP level, increase myodynamia, have good clinical curative effect.
