摘要
研究了高相对分子质量星形支化丁基橡胶S-IIR 1451的微观结构、混炼胶的门尼弛豫性能、流变性能、硫化特性、硫化胶的力学性能及静态热空气老化性能,并与IIR 268进行了对比。结果表明,与IIR 268相比,S-IIR 1451的重均分子量提高约65%,分子量分布加宽约47%,混炼胶应力弛豫提高约14%。在10~1000 s^(-1)的剪切速率内,S-IIR 1451显示出更低的剪切应力、剪切黏度和挤出胀大比,具有更优异的混炼加工和成型定型能力。S-IIR 1451混炼胶的硫化特性、硫化胶的力学性能及静态热空气老化性能与IIR 268基本相近。
The microstructure, Mooney relaxation properties, rheological properties and vulcanization characteristics of compounds, mechanical properties and static hot air aging properties of vulcanizates of star-branched butyl rubber with high relative mole cular mass S-IIR 1451 were studied, and compared with IIR 268. The results showed that, compared with IIR 268, the absolute average molecular weight of S-IIR 1451 increased by about 65% , the relative molecular weight distribution increased by 47%, and the stress relaxation property of the compoundincreased by about 14%. In the shear rate range 10-1 000 s-1, the S-IIR 1451 compound showed lower shear stress, shear viscosity and die swell, which exhibited excellent processing performance and better shaping ability, vulcanization characteris- tics of S-IIR 1451 compound, mechanical properties and static hot air aging properties of S-IIR 1451 vul- canizates were similar to those of IIR 268.
