摘要
在丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)中添加4种不同结构的受阻酚(AO-80,AO-60,AO-1035和HP 1098),研究了受阻酚/ACM的结构、力学性能及阻尼性能。结果表明,不同结构受阻酚与ACM之间存在着氢键作用。受阻酚AO-80、AO-60和HP 1098均使ACM的力学性能大幅增强,AO-80/ACM硫化胶的拉伸强度较ACM硫化胶提高545%。受阻酚的加入提高了ACM的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),AO-80/ACM硫化胶的Tg升高了近33℃,损耗因子最大值由2.20提高到了3.30,有效温域拓宽,综合阻尼性能较佳。
Four hindered phenols(AO-80, AO-60, AO- 1035 and HP 1098 )with different structures were incorporated into acrylic rubber(ACM) , the structure, mechanical proper ties and damping property of hindered phenol/ACM were studied. The results showed that there was hydrogen bonding between hindered phenol with different structures and ACM. The mechanical properties of ACM were greatly enhanced by hindered phenol AO-80, AO-60 and HP 1098. The tensile strength of AO-80/ACM vulcanizates was 545% higher thanthat of ACM vulcanizates. The glass transition temperature ( Ts) of ACM was increased by the addition of blocked phe nol, and the Ts of AO-80/ACM vulcanizate increased by nearly 33 ℃ , the maximum loss factor increased from 2.20 to 3.30, the effective temperature range was widened, and the comprehensive damping property was better.
