摘要
将765树脂、木质纤维素和石墨烯添加到氯化丁基橡胶和丁腈橡胶的共混物中,制备了具有宽温域阻尼性能的橡胶复合材料。然后用该橡胶复合材料制备了橡胶减震器,并将制备的橡胶减震器与目前使用的减震器进行了性能对比。结果表明,所制备橡胶减震器的静刚度、动刚度、阻尼因子(tanδ)均高于目前使用的橡胶减震器。当温度为-40~40℃时,所制备橡胶减震器的tanδ为0.28~0.33,比目前使用的减震器提高了18%~40%,且当tanδ相同时,所制备橡胶减震器的阻尼温域范围更宽。
765 resin, were added to the blends lignocellulose and graphene of chlorinated butyl rubber and acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, and the rubber composite materials with wide damping temperature range and damping properties were prepared. Then rubber damper was prepared with the rubber com- posite material, and the properties of the prepared rubber damper were compared with those of dam-per used currently. The results showed that the static stiffness, dynamic stiffness and damping factor (tan δ) of the prepared rubber damper were higherthan those of the rubber shock absorber used cur- rently. When the temperature was -40- 40 ℃, tan δ of the prepared rubber damper was 0.28 -0. 33, which was 18% - 40% higher than that of the damper used currently. And the damping temperature range of the prepared rubber damper was wider, when the tan t3 was the same.
