新型城镇化建设中我国城乡社区体育公共服务一体化运行机制研究

Research on the Integrated Operation Mechanism of Urban and Rural Community Sports Public Service in the Construction of New Urbanization

运用文献资料,专家访谈和综合分析等研究方法,对新型城镇化建设中我国城乡社区体育公共服务一体化运行机制进行研究,结果表明:新型城镇化建设中我国城乡社区体育公共服务一体化面临组织管理不完善;公共体育场地设施建设布局不合理;缺乏经费,场地设施严重不足;政府管理滞后等问题。提出要实现城乡社区体育公共一体化发展,须创新民生型体制机制,构建多元化管理体制运行模式,建立动力机制、多元化资金投入体制机制。

Using literature research method,expert interview and comprehensive analysis on the development of public services,the integration of urban and rural community sports in China in the construction of new urbanization is studied. The results show that the construction of new urbanization in Chinese urban and rural community sports public service integration facing these prolems： organization management is not perfect; public sports facilities layout is unreasonable; lack of funds： serious shortage of facilities; government management lags. It suggests to set up the integration of urban and rural public sports community development,innovation systems and mechanisms of the people＇s livelihood,build diversified management system operation mode,set up the mechanism of motivation mechanism of diversified investment system.
