产后肚皮舞操锻炼对2次顺产产妇身体恢复的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过专家访谈和文献资料法、实验法,针对肚皮舞操对2次妊娠顺产产妇产后恢复的实际效果进行测试,40例2次妊娠顺产产妇作为研究对象,其中肚皮舞操锻炼组20例自产后进行为期5个月的训练练习,对照组20例则不参加训练,研究分析两组产妇身体形态及盆底肌功能恢复的情况。结果:参加肚皮舞操锻炼的产妇组,通过为期1~5个月左右的产后训练,实验组产妇盆底肌张力的恢复情况也远好于对照组。结论:2次妊娠顺产产妇通过肚皮舞操锻炼,对于皮下脂肪的减少、体脂含量的降低均有明显改善作用,瘦体重指标则更趋于健康标准,同时盆底肌功能恢复情况也十分良好。 Through expert interviews,literature review method and experimental method,it tested the actual effect of belly dance exercise on eutocia biparas postpartum recovery. Take 40 cases of eutocia biparas as the research object,with the belly dance exercise group of 20 cases produced after 5 months of training exercises and 20 cases in the control group who do not participate in the training. It research and analyse the recovery of the body shape and function of pelvic floor muscles. Results: after the training lasted for about 1-5 months,the recovery of pelvic floor muscle tension in the experimental group was much better than that in control group.Conclusion: objects exercised by belly dance can significantly improve the subcutaneous fat and body fat content. The lean weight index is more healthy,and the pelvic floor muscle function recovery is also favorable.
