摘要
采用文献资料、数理统计、实验研究、对比分析等研究方法,通过"三段式"教学模式对西藏高校足球专项学生的足球理论、技战术水平及测试成绩等方面的影响进行实验研究,探索"三段式教学模式"与"传统足球教学模式"对学生足球水平提高的不同影响。研究表明:与传统足球教学模式相比,"三段式教学模式"更有利于提高学生在足球方面的学习兴趣、参与程度、技术水平及运动成绩等,同时也有利于也发挥了足球运动育人的作用。
By the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,experimental study and comparative analysis,through the experimental research of the " three stage" teaching mode of Tibet college football training theory,technical and tactical level and test results,it explored the different effects of " three stage" teaching mode and traditional football teaching mode on the improvement of students football abilities. The research shows that:comparing with the traditional football teaching mode,the " three stage teaching mode" is more conductive in improving students' interest in learning football,participation,technical level and sports achievement,and at the same time,it also helps to play the role in educating people in football.
