为了进一步提升青少年身体素质,将小学体育课堂锻炼学生身体、增强体魄等方面的积极作用充分发挥出来,国家体育总局提出了阳光体育的教育理念,强调广大小学体育教师在组织各项体育教学活动时应进一步突显体育课程的积极作用,让学生能够在学习成长中保持良好身体,真正实现德智体全面发展,促进小学体育教育水平的进一步提升。

To improve the physical quality of youth and promote the positive effects of primary school physical education on students fitness,the national sport administration presented the ＂ Sunshine Sports＂ concept,emphasizing that the primary school physical education teachers should organize the course to keep students＇ fitness,improve the positive effects,contribute to the balanced development of youth and promote the quality of the primary school physical education.
