中越河口-老街双边口岸地区伊蚊监测及人群登革热血清学调查 被引量:2

Aedes surveillance and dengue fever serological survey at Sino-Vietnam Hekou-Laocai ports

摘要 目的对中越河口-老街双边口岸地区伊蚊及人群登革病毒抗体水平进行调查,预测双边登革热流行趋势。方法2016年4-10月,在云南省河口和越南老街口岸采用人工诱蚊法、幼蚊指数调查法、集卵器法监测伊蚊;用RT-PCR检测伊蚊携带黄病毒属病毒情况;用ELISA法检测出入境体检人群登革病毒Ig G抗体。结果人工诱蚊法捕获的成蚊均为白纹伊蚊,河口口岸平均蚊密度为9.9只/(人·h),老街口岸平均蚊密度为14.5只/(人·h)。河口4-5月布雷图指数BI<5,其他监测月份中越双边BI均>5。河口6、10月,越南老街5、6、10月的诱蚊诱卵指数MOI=10~20;7-9月,双边MOI>20。伊蚊样本的黄病毒属检测为阴性。从203份健康体检人群血清样本中检出登革病毒Ig G阳性9份,阳性率4.43%。结论越南老街口岸登革热流行风险高于河口口岸,登革热从河口口岸输入风险较高。 Objective To investigate Aedes and Ig G antibody for dengue fever of entry-exit population from two-side port,to forewarn the prevalance of dengue fever in two-side port. Methods Artificial trapping,mosquito larvae index survey and egg collectors were used to surveillance Aedes at Hekou port,Yunnan province and Laocai port,Vietnam from April to October,2016. The flavivirus in the Aedes samples was tested by RT-PCR. The Ig G against dengue virus(DENV) among the entry-exit population was tested by ELISA. Results All the adult mosquitoes collected by artificial trapping were Aedes albopictus. The average density was 9.9/person·hour at Hekou port and 14.5/person·hour at Laocai port. The Breteau Index(BI) of Hekou port was less than 5 in April and May,but above 5 in other months along bilateral borders. The mosquito and ovi position positive index(MOI) was 10-20 in June and October at Hekou port and in May,June,and October at Laocai port. From July to September,both ports reported a MOI over 20.All the Aedes samples were flavivirus negative. Among the 203 serum samples from entry-exit population,nine of them were DENV Ig G positive. The positive detection rate was 4.43%. Conclusion The dengue epidemic risk at Laocai port,Vietnam was greater than that at Hekou port. The import risk of dengue fever from Hekou port was rel-atively high.
