安徽省低碳产业金融支持的影响因素及优化路径

Influencle Factors and Paths of Financial Support for Low-carbon Industry in Anhui Province

低碳产业发展需要金融的大力支持。金融作为现代经济的核心,通过发挥其资金融通功能,为低碳产业发展提供金融支撑、融资服务和资金保障。基于金融支持的角度对安徽省低碳产业发展进行研究,在分析安徽省低碳产业金融支持现状的基础上,从金融规模、金融结构、金融效率三个方面讨论影响安徽省低碳产业金融支持的因素,结果表明,金融对低碳产业发展的支持作用未得到有效发挥。因此,应从政策性金融、银行信贷、资本市场、风险投资四个方面优化安徽省低碳产业金融支持的路径。

Low-carbon industry development needs the strong financial support. Finance as the core of the modern economy, provides its financial support, financial service and financial guarantee by its full financing function for the development of low-carbon industry. From the perspective of financial support, this paper studies the development of low carbon industry in Anhui province.Based on the analysis of the current status of financial support for low carbon industry in Anhui province, this paper discusses the factors that affect the financial support for low carbon industry in Anhui from three aspects： financial scale, financial structure and financial efficiency. The results show that the financial support for the development of low-carbon industries has not been brought into full play. Therefore, the path of financial support for low-carbon industries in Anhui province should be optimized from four aspects：policy finance, bank credit, capital market and venture capital.
