从助脾散精法论治消渴痞病

Differentiating and Treating Diabetes of Distension Syndrome from Helping Spleen to Disperse Fluid Method

消渴患者在病程发展中多出现痞满、反胃、呕吐、泄泻等症状,其中以痞满最为常见,然在中医文献中并无相关病名,导师岳仁教授根据患者的临床表现将该现象称为"消渴痞病",相当于糖尿病胃轻瘫,并认为消渴痞病根本病机在于"脾弱胃强",与脾不散精密切相关,故治疗上多采用助脾散精方法,使得中焦运化得利,气机得畅,精微得散,痞症得消,临床疗效较佳。笔者现将其理论依据阐述如下,以飨同道。
