中药足浴配合穴位艾灸对血液透析患者生命质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Medicine Foot Bath Combined with Acupoint Moxibustion on the Quality of Life for Hemodialysis Patients

目的:观察中药足浴配合穴位艾灸对血液透析患者生命质量的影响。方法:选择我院2016年8月~2017年7月收治的血液透析患者220例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=110)和观察组(n=110),对照组给予血液透析和对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药足浴配合穴位艾灸,比较两组患者治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分,简明生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组SAS和SDS评分分别为(50.35±4.94)分和(52.73±4.11)分,均显著低于对照组的(52.41±4.34)分和(54.20±4.25)分(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率和PSQI总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SF-36评分中总体健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药足浴配合穴位艾灸可改善血液透析患者睡眠质量,提高其生命质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint moxibustion on the quality of life in hemodialysis patients.Methods：220 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from August2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into controlled group（n=110） and the observation group（n=110） according to random number table method.The controlled group was given hemodialysis and symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint moxibustion based on the controlled group.The self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） score,self-rating depression scale（SDS） score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale（PSQI） score and short-form quality of life score（SF-36） were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS were（50.35±4.94） and（52.73± 4.11） points respectively in the observation group,which were significantly lower than those in the controlled group with（52.41±4.34） points and（54.20±4.25） points（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time and sleep efficiency and the total PSQI score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of overall health,physical function,body pain,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health of SF-36 scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint moxibustion can improve the quality of sleep and the quality of life in hemodialysis patients.
