中国体育产业发展支撑条件时空格局演变分析

Analysis on Spatio-temporal Pattern Evolvement of Supporting Conditions of Sports Industry Development in China

基于体育产业内涵,从经济、科技、人才和市场等四个方面构建了体育产业发展支撑条件评价指标体系,并运用模糊物元评价方法测度了我国31个省区体育产业发展的支撑条件,进而分析了体育产业的时空格局演变规律。结果表明:(1)2005—2014年,我国体育产业发展支撑条件整体呈上升趋势,各省区间体育产业发展支撑条件差距逐渐增大。(2)省区体育产业发展支撑条件演变特征各异。其中,山西、内蒙古、上海、江苏、浙江、福建、江西、山东、河南、海南、贵州、云南、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏体育产业发展支撑条件呈向好的发展趋势,北京、辽宁、黑龙江、湖北、广东体育产业发展支撑条件呈恶化趋势,湖南、广西、重庆、四川、西藏体育产业发展支撑条件呈波动变化,天津、河北、吉林、安徽、新疆未发生显著变化。根据上述研究结果,提出五大方面的建议。

Based on the connotation of the sports industry,this paper established an assessment indicator system for the supporting conditions of sports industry development from four dimensions： Economy,technology,talent,and market. The fuzzy matter-element evaluation method was used to measure the supporting conditions of sports industry development in 31 provinces and regions in China so as to analyze the evolution rules of the spatial and temporal patterns. The results showed that：（1）From 2005 to 2014,the supporting conditions of sports industry development in China exhibited an increasing trend. The gap in the supporting conditions of sports industry development in various provinces gradually increased.（2）The evolution characteristics of supporting conditions of sports industry development in different provinces and regions were vary. Among them,The supporting conditions of sports industry development in Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Jiangxi,Shandong,Henan,Hainan,Guizhou,Yunnan,Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai and Ningxia showed a good development trend. The supporting conditions of sports industry development in Beijing,Liaoning,Heilongjiang,Hubei and Guangdong have been deteriorating. The supporting conditions of sports industry development in Hunan,Guangxi,Chongqing,Sichuan and Xizang showed volatile changes. No significant changes took place in Tianjin,Hebei,Jilin,Anhui and Xinjiang. According to the above research resoults,five major poposals were put forward.
