FDI对中国低碳经济的影响基于——中国1992—2016年的数据检验

Impact of FDI on China's Low Carbon Economy——Based on China's 1992—2016 Year Data Test

随着我国对可持续发展的日益重视,有关外商直接投资对我国低碳经济发展的影响逐渐受到人们的关注。以碳排放总量为因变量,以外商直接投资、人均国内生产总值、研发投入、第二产业比重、能源消耗总量、城镇居民人均可支配收入等为解释变量,基于1992—2016年的数据,对外商直接投资与我国低碳经济发展的影响进行了实证研究。结果表明:外商直接投资通过技术创新、产业结构升级和收入提升等三条路径促进了我国低碳经济的发展;格兰杰因果检验得知,这三种影响具有相互作用;同时,FDI会增加我国能源消耗总量,导致碳排放增加。最后提出了相关政策建议。

With the increasing importance of sustainable development,the influence of FDI on the development of low-carbon economy in China was also paid attention to. Based on this,this paper made an empirical research for FDI and the development of low carbon economy in China,with the dependent variable of total carbon emissions,with FDI,per capita GDP,RD investment,the proportion of the second industry,the total energy consumption,per capita disposable income of urban residents from 1992 to 2016 year as explanatory variables. The results showed that FDI promoted the development of low carbon economy in China though technology innovation,industrial structure upgrading and income promotion,and promoted the development of China low-carbon economy. Moreover,based on the results of Grainger causality test,three effects were not isolated,but mutually influenced of. At the same time,FDI would also increase the energy consumption in China,which would lead to the increase of carbon emissions. Finally,this paper put forward relevant policy suggestions.
