摘要 肝癌是当今世界主要的恶性肿瘤之一，其进展快、预后不良，发生率逐年升高，且有年轻化趋势。肝癌是多基因、多因素、多环节共同作用的结果，探索影响肝癌生物学行为的相关基因和机制一直是研究的热点。
