摘要
为将大型工程项目成本控制在合理的范围内,考虑到影响工程成本数据的不完整性,以及人、材、机价格变化的不可控性,提出一种基于BIM5D的工程成本预测新方法。通过建立BIM5D数据库,采用ABC分析法将影响工程成本的主要因素作为预测对象,使用极限学习机(ELM)训练成本数据样本,实现人、材、机单价价格非线性走势预测,构建基于BIM5D和ELM的工程成本预测系统,完善并拓宽BIM平台功能。通过介绍系统实施的流程及方法,并应用于实际项目案例,分析预测结果的准确度,论证BIM5D工程成本预测系统的可行性。
Considering the incompleteness of cost data,the uncontrollability of prices,materials and machinery,a new approach based on BIM5 D used to predict engineering costs is raised to maintain the expenditure of massive engineering projects in proper range. With the establishment of BIM5 D,it uses the ABC analysis method to find out the major forecast-related objects,and then cost data samples are trained by extreme learning machine( ELM) to anticipate the nonlinear tendency of unit price,materials and machinery,engineering cost forecasting system based on BIM5 D and ELM is established,as well as improve and expand the function of BIM platform. This paper states systematical implementation procedures and means which are applied in the practical projects as well. Meanwhile it analyzes the precision of the outcomes which is envisioned through the system and it also demonstrates the feasibility of the BIM5 D based on prediction system of engineering costs.
