摘要
以陶粒为轻骨料、机制砂为细骨料,采用轻骨料混凝土技术制备装配式建筑用轻质隔墙板,对砂率、胶凝材料用量、掺和料种类和掺量等因素对工作性能、力学性能和密度的影响进行研究。结果表明,砂率和胶凝材料的增加有利于提高轻质隔墙板的工作性能和抗压强度,但同时也会增加隔墙板的密度;粉煤灰和矿渣粉在轻质隔墙板中最佳掺量分别是20%和30%,2种掺和料复掺后对抗压强度的提高作用更明显。
Lightweight partition board of ceramsite and machine-made sand for prefabricated construction was prepared. The effects of sand ratio, amount of cementitious material and admixture on the performance,mechanical properties and density are studied. The results show that the increase of sand ratio and cementing material is beneficial to improve the working performance and compressive strength of the lightweight partition board,but it will also increase the density. The optimum mix amount of fly ash and slag powder is 20% and 30% respectively,and the effect of the composite admixture on compressive strength is more obvious.
