摘要
现浇混凝土空心楼盖施工技术在大跨度、大空间结构中应用十分广泛,内置箱模上浮是影响工程质量的关键。在施工前根据工程实际编制芯模抗浮定位技术措施,并通过有限元模拟施工,对抗浮效果进行分析。利用实体扫描检测现浇空心楼盖成型后的芯模位移数据,最终对实体工程质量进行判定。
The cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor is widely used in large span and space structure,the floating of the inner box mould is the key to affect engineering quality. The paper prepares the core formwork anti-floating positioning technical measures according to the engineering practice before the construction and simulate construction through the finite element analysis,and then analyze the antifloating effect. The displacement data of cast-in-situ hollow floor core formwork after forming is detected by scanning,the finial quality of engineering is determined.
