摘要
设计了一种偏心多轴十字刀刀盘矩形顶管机,基于地铁盾构切削管片形成旁通道的需要,开展顶管机从内弧面分别切削C40陶粒纤维混凝土管片、C40复合骨料纤维混凝土管片的模拟试验,分析切削管片的效果、切削参数特征、刀具损伤规律等,并探讨研究顶管机切削管片的可行性及关键技术。试验表明:通过对比刀具的损伤、扭矩和推力的增长情况,C40陶粒纤维混凝土管片更适合地铁旁通道的使用;考虑到顶管机机头的抖动以及刀具的磨损,刀盘的负载率宜≤25%;管片切削时推进速度的波动幅度较大,容易造成刀具崩缺,建议推进速度设定值≤1mm/min,刀盘转速设定值≤3r/min。
The paper designs an eccentric multi-axis cross-cutter pipe jacking machine. Ningbo subway shield duct piece cutting formation of side channel based on the simulation test is carried out from the surface of pipe jacking machine cutting C40 ceramsite concrete duct piece and C40 fiber composite aggregate fiber reinforced concrete duct piece, and duct piece analysis of cutting effect, cutting parameters,tool damage law,and the feasibility and key technology of pipe jacking machine cutting duct piece are explored. The results show that: through comparison of tool damage,the torque and thrust growth,the use of C40 ceramic fiber reinforced concrete duct piece is more suitable for subway side channel. Taking into account the jacking machine head jitter and tool wear,cutter load rate should not exceed 25%. When the duct piece is cutting,the speed of the propulsion is greatly fluctuated,which may easily cause the tool to collapse. It is recommended that the set value of the propulsion speed does not exceed 1 mm/min and the cutter speed setting value does not exceed 3 r/min.
