摘要
椰子木蛾是危害棕榈科植物的重要食叶类害虫。为了明确5个椰子品种对椰子木蛾生长发育和种群参数的影响,应用Jackknife技术统计分析数据。结果表明,椰子木蛾在5个椰子品种上的发育历期存在极显著差异,在文椰3号上完成1个完整世代所需时间最短,为(50.52±0.72)d,在马哇椰子上最长,为(64.97±1.33)d;取食海南本地高种叶片的椰子木蛾雌雄虫蛹重最轻,分别为(47.11±2.16)mg、(25.18±1.13)mg;在文椰3号上椰子木蛾的内禀增长率(rm)和周限增长率(λ)最高,分别为0.1061±4E-04和1.1119±5E-04。综合比较5个椰子品种,文椰3号是椰子木蛾的最适宜取食椰子品种,其次分别为海南本地高种、文椰4号、文椰2号和马哇。
Opisina arenosella Walker is an important leaf eating pest in palm plants. In order to clarify the effects of the growth, development and population parameters of O. arenosella on five coconut varieties, data were analyzed using pseudo-values, which were produced by jackknife re-sampling. There are very significant differences in the developmental duration of the O. arenosella on the five coconut varieties. It took the shortest time to complete a full generations on Red Dwarf for(50.52±0.72) d, longest on Mawa for(64.97±1.33) d. Both female and male pupa which reared by Hainan Local Tall was the lowest pupa weight, they was(47.11±2.16) mg and(25.18±1.13) mg. The intrinsic rate of increase(rm) and finite rate of increase(λ) value of the O. arenosella was the highest on Red Dwarf, with a maximum of 0.1061±4 E-04 and 1.1119±5 E-04. Comprehensive comparison of the five kinds of coconut varieties, Red Dwarf is the most suitable coconut variety for O. arenosella, followed by Hainan local Tall, Aromatic coconut, Yellow Dwarf and Mawa.
