植物PAL基因及其编码蛋白的特征与功能研究进展 被引量:34

摘要 苯丙氨酸解氨酶(phenylalanine ammonia lyase,PAL)是苯丙烷类代谢途径的关键酶和限速酶。苯丙烷类代谢与植物生长发育密切相关,其产物如木质素、植保素、黄酮类物质等是植物抗逆防御反应所不可或缺的,因此PAL又常被用作衡量植物抗逆性强弱的重要指标。本文就植物PAL基因和蛋白结构特征、分布情况及其在植物生长发育与抗逆性防御中的作用等方面的研究进行了综述,以期为今后植物苯丙氨酸解氨酶的研究及应用奠定理论基础。 Phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL) catalyzes the first and committed reaction of plant growth and development indispensable phenylpropanoid pathway. The products of phenylpropanoid pathway, such as lignin, phytoalexin and flavonoids were all identified to be crucial for plant defense and resistance. Therefore, PAL activity is often used as one of the important indices for plant resistance evaluation. In the present review, we summarized the studies on the characteristics of PAL genes and the encoded proteins, and the roles in plant growth, development and resistance responses, which could provide a theoretical basis for the future researches and utilization of plant PALs.
