高校图书馆毕业季读者服务工作的调查与思考——以辽宁省高校图书馆为例

高校图书馆开展毕业季读者服务活动具有重要意义。以辽宁省公立本科高校图书馆为研究对象,通过统计毕业季活动数量及活动主题、活动内容,总结特点、分析不足。全媒体时代,高校图书馆应在传统的服务理念和工作模式上进行大胆创新,拓展宣传渠道,丰富服务内容和服务形式,以促进图书馆的服务理念和服务水平进一步提升。

It is of great significance for university libraries to carry out reader service activities in graduation season.Taking the libraries of public universities in Liaoning Province as research objects,through the statistics of amount,theme and content of graduation season activities,the feature and the existing problems are summarized.In the age of new media,university libraries should make bold innovation in traditional service concept and working pattern,and make efforts on expansion of publicity channels and richness in content and form of service,so as to promote their service concept and service level.
