MOOC背景下公共图书馆资源建设研究——以国家图书馆为例

Research on the Resources Construction of Public Libraries under the Background of MOOC——Taking National Library of China as an Example

公共图书馆作为公共文化服务机构,在MOOC浪潮中发挥着重要作用。国家图书馆在国内公共图书馆界率先推出"国图公开课"平台,在资源建设方面取得一定成效,但也存在用户参与度不高、课程体系不够完善、视频内容呈现方式单一和信息资源共享不畅等问题。在此基础上提出规范工作流程、完善课程体系、加大资源建设力度、丰富资源呈现方式、增强意识形态领域的把控力、创建特色数据库以及与其他机构合作等措施。

As a public cultural service institution,public libraries play an important role in the wave of MOOC.National Library of China has taken the lead in introducing the platform of＂National Library of China＇s Open Course＂in Chinese public library community,which has made some achievements in the resources construction.However,there are also many problems such as low user participation,imperfect curriculum system,single video content presentation and impeded information resources sharing.At last,it puts forward some measures such as standardizing the workflow,perfecting the curriculum system,increasing the construction of resources,enriching the presentation of resources,strengthening the control of the ideological field,creating characteristic databases and cooperation with other organizations.
