公共图书馆是我国公共文化服务体系建设的重要组成部分,其决策咨询服务效能的提升在当前公共文化服务体系建设中显得尤为重要。分析了河北省图书馆决策咨询服务现状,论述了影响河北省图书馆决策咨询服务效能的因素及提升服务效能的策略。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the public cultural service system should be improved in the new era.As the public cultural infrastructure and the cultural service system for public welfare,the public library is the necessary part of the construction of China＇s public cultural service system.And the development of the decision-making and consultation service is very important in the trend of the public cultural service system construction.This passage analyzes the current situation of the public libraries on decision-making and consultation service in Hebei Province,discuss the factors influencing the service and the solutions which could improve the whole service.It aims at being used for reference to improve the decision-making and consultation service of public library in Hebei Province.
