摘要 针对成人开放教育混合式及整合式教学呈现出的学习者出勤率低、学习劲头差等问题,分析学习者特征,设计基于案例分析的教学内容,提出基于"实时"与"非实时"交叉滚动的教学模式。以"面授+QQ群视频+在线学习平台"同步的实时课堂教学、"网上教学平台"的非实时课程导学、"阶段性QQ群视频"的实时微课教学、"数字化学习资源+在线学习平台"的非实时辅助教学,四种教学形式"交叉滚动"进行的模式,促使学习者有效地回归课堂,实现对学习效率的全过程跟踪,提高教学效果。 For adult opening education, there are some problems as a lower attendance rate, poor learning momentum and so on in blending and integrated teaching. This paper analyzes the learner characteristics, designs the teaching content based on case analy- sis, puts forward the "real time" and "non real time" cross-rolling teaching mode, which is carried out by the four forms. The 1st is a real time classroom teaching with "face to face teaching + QQ group video + online learning platform" synchronization. The 2nd is a non-real time course guide with "online teaching platform". The 3rd is a real time micro lesson teaching with "phase QQ group vide- o". The 4th is a non real time assisted instruction with "digital learning resources + online learning platform". These four kinds of teaching are carried out in the form of "cross rolling", to prompt learners to return to the classroom effectively, achieve the whole process tracking of learning efficiency, and improve teaching effectiveness.
