The implementation and further advance of the national new urbanization policy will have a profound impact on the development of rural adult education in China. Based on clarifying the essentials of transformation and development of rural adult education in the context of new urbanization,this paper ulteriorly illuminates the characteristics of the transformation and development of rural adult education and tries to explore effective ways for the development of rural adult education transformation.
