双创背景下民办高职艺术专业学生培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Art Students in Private Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Double Creation

随着我国大力推进"双创"的教育政策发展,社会环境对于人才综合素质的要求越来越高,对民办高职艺术专业学生的职业发展提出了更高的新标准和新要求。民办高职院校要对艺术专业学生进行全面专业的培养以适应双创的教育政策发展,就要在人才的培育理念、课程体系、发展平台和师资力量等方面进行深入培养研究,建立新的高职院校"双创"教育人才培养的模式。本文对民办高职院校艺术专业学生人才培养存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的培养模式的措施。

With the development of education policy of＂double creation＂in our country,the demand of social environment for the comprehensive quality of talents is more and more high,which puts forward higher new standards and new requirements for the professional development of private vocational art majors. In order to train the students of art major in an all-round way to adapt to the development of double-innovation education policy,private higher vocational colleges should carry out in-depth training and research in the fields of talent cultivation concept,curriculum system,development platform and teachers＇ strength,etc. to establish a new model of＂double creation＂education talents training in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of talents of art majors in private vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding measures for the training model.
