新时期高校校园文化建设初探

On the Construction of Campus Culture in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

随着时代的发展,社会对人才的要求也越来越多,人才不仅要有高水平的技术,还要有高水平的道德素养、文化修养。高校作为人才培养的主要基地,要迎合时代潮流,培养出高素质的人才,满足社会的需要。因此,高校要加强校园文化建设,提高学生的综合素质,优化学生学习环境,将学生培养成技术与素质双达标的人才。但是在校园文化实际建设中,存在着种种问题,本文通过对校园文化建设问题的剖析,结合当今代的社会背景,提出新时期高校校园文化的建设对策。

With the development of the times,talents should not only have high-level skills of technology,but also have high-level moral qualities and cultural accomplishments. As the main base for personnel training,colleges and universities should cater to the trend of the times and cultivate highly-qualified and highly-skilled personnel to meet the needs of society. Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of campus culture,improve the overall quality of students,optimize students＇ learning environment,and train students into talents with both technical and quality standards. This article analyzes the problems of the construction of campus culture,and combines the social background of the present generation,proposes the countermeasures for the construction of college campus culture in the new era.
