浅谈高校新进教师人事档案的审核

On the Examination of the Personnel Files of New Teachers in Colleges and Universities

近年来,高校对人才的引进力度稳中有升,高校新进教师人事档案审核有助于人事部门把好人才引进的"入口关"。本文结合实践经验,分析了高校新进教师人事档案审核的重要性,总结了审核的内容、方法、出现的主要问题及处理方法,并提出了规范审核的建议。

In recent years,the introduction of talents in colleges and universities has increased steadily,and the examination of new teachers＇ personnel files in colleges and universities is helpful for personnel departments to recruit talents. Based on practical experience,this paper analyzes the importance of the examination of new teachers＇ personnel files in colleges and universities,summarizes the contents,methods,main problems and methods of the examination,and puts forward the suggestions of standardized examination.
