服务升级背景下咸宁公共文化服务体系示范区建设策略研究

Research on the Construction Strategy of Xianning Public Culture Service System Demonstration Area under the Background of Service Upgrades

公共文化服务体系示范区是党中央、国务院在"十二五"期间提出的一项惠民工程,为我国公共文化服务体系的建设提供借鉴和示范,也是建设公共文化的黄金时期。在服务升级的大背景下,如何推进公共文化服务建设是一项急需解决的重要课题。本文以湖北省咸宁市为例,结合咸宁市近年来公共文化服务体系建设的现状,分析文化建设过程中的不足,依据当地的历史文化背景和经济发展程度,最后针对咸宁公共文化服务体系示范区建设提出建议。

The demonstration area of public cultural service system is a people-benefit project put forward by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council during the ＂12 th Five-Year＂period. It provides a reference and demonstration for the construction of public cultural service system in China,and also a golden era for the construction of public culture. In the background of service upgrades,how to promote the construction of public cultural services is an important topic of urgent. Taking Xianning city of Hubei Province as an example,combining with the current situation of the Xianning city public cultural service system construction in recent years,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of cultural construction and finally puts forward suggestions on the construction of Xianning public cultural service system demonstration area according to the local historical and cultural background and its economic development.
