乡村振兴战略引领下的乡村文化重塑

The Reshaping of Rural Culture under the Guidance of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村文化对乡村经济社会发展具有基础性作用,实现乡村振兴,亟待对乡村文化进行重塑。本文认为,乡村文化重塑是有效解决农村文化冲突和道德困境的基础,是激发乡村社会活力,实现乡村振兴战略的根本保障。本文以乡村振兴对乡村文化发展的要求为基础,研究了乡村文化对乡村经济社会发展的影响机制、效应和路径,并提出了农村文化重塑的发展思路及政策措施。

Rural culture plays a fundamental role in the development of rural economy and society. To rejuvenate the countryside,it is urgent to reshape the culture of the countryside. This paper argues that the reconstruction of rural culture is the basis for effective solution to cultural conflicts and moral dilemmas in rural areas. It is the fundamental guarantee for stimulating the vitality of rural society and realizing the strategy of Rural Revitalization. Based on the requirement on the development of rural culture which comes from Rural Revitalization,this paper studies the influence mechanism,effect and path of rural culture on rural economic,social development and puts forward the development ideas and policy measures of rural culture reshaping.
