单倍型造血干细胞移植治疗Ph阳性混合表型急性白血病二例报告及文献复习

混合表型急性白血病（MPAL）是临床上少见类型的急性白血病，Ph阳性混合表型急性白血病更为少见。虽然酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（TKI）已广泛应用于Ph阳性急性白血病中，但Ph阳性混合表型急性白血病治疗反应差，缓解率低，预后差。近年来我们应用单倍型造血干细胞移植治疗2例Ph阳性MPAL患者并取得满意疗效。
