Promoting Undergraduates' Interest in Learning and Improving Their Innovation Ability

学习兴趣是一个人渴望去探索和研究新事物的强大动力,当前大学生创新能力普遍较低,其根源是缺乏学习的兴趣。只有培养好学习的兴趣,才能提高大学生创新能力。培养大学生的学习兴趣应该从学校、教师和学生三个方面入手:高校重视"软实力"的建设,加强教风、学风建设,营造良好的育人环境;教师要提高教育教学能力,改进教学方法,注重师生情感交流,采取多元的考评方法;大学生也要增加自身的综合素质培养,树立自己的人生目标和方向,发现自己真正的兴趣爱好。

Interest is a strong motivation for a person to explore and study. The innovation ability of undergraduates is currently unsatisfactory because of their lack of interest. Only by arousing their interests can w e improve students＇ innovative ability. The cultivation of learning interest should involve three aspects： university, teachers and undergraduates. The ＂soft pow er ＂ should be paid more attention to by a university,the teaching and studying attitude should be strengthened,and a good learning environment should be created. A teacher should improve his teaching ability and methods,care about emotional communication w ith undergraduates, and adopt diverse evaluation methods.Undergraduates should increase their ow n comprehensive abilities, set up goals and directions for future.
